Joining WTM HCMC initially felt like a coincidence, but staying in WTM HCMC is a deliberate choice I made, rooted in several compelling reasons. Foremost among them is the goals and intention of WTM HCMC are very well aligned with mine. Our shared commitment to prioritizing and empowering women to thrive in the male-dominated technology industry. To achieve that mission, we bring knowledge-sharing, connectivity, mutual support and opportunities to not only our attendees but also to fellow contributors in various roles such as speakers, partners, mentors, and more. Beyond all of that glamour, another but yet equally significant reason is beside contributing to the growth of our targets, we aim for nurturing our team members' development as well. I truly feel that as my skill has been improved, I get to do more complex role and gain more confidence through my work. This team is undoubtedly a true supportive and nurturing environment for personal and professional grow to me and anyone involved.

It has been a fun and meaningful experience to be involve in such community. The belonging and support from our tribe has motivated me to spread this spirit to others, fostering a strong network of women in the tech world.

I never doubted that WTM HCMC would not be successful because I saw passionate people contributing to the community here. From a person working in the field of Social Media, after a period of time participating in the development of WTM HCMC, I transformed myself to work in the IT field. This is the place that helps me grow as a person, meeting wonderful people like Ms. Ngoc, Duong, Hieu, Loan, Duyen (Mi), Tinh, Quyen, Linh, Ly, Gia Anh, Nhan, Bao, Thao, Minnie,... and other people are a great source of motivation for me to constantly study and learn from everyone every day.

I feel inspired and grateful to be a part of the Women Tech Maker HCMC community. My teammates' dedication resonates deeply with me, fueling my passion for advancing gender visibility in technology.

For me, Women Techmakers is an enthusiastic and missionary community, empowering women in the field of technology. I myself am a woman in this field, and the fact that my values are increasingly affirmed in an area where men dominate has in part promoted and encouraged me to become more and more attached to this profession.

A chance encounter led me to join the WTM HCMC community. Since then, it's become more than just a workplace. I've not only learned from the talented team (creating beautiful memories along the way!), but also honed my skills and discovered just how effective collaboration can be.
